FOR THE AMAF BASKET AUCTION!
The AMAF Basket Auction takes place at OMA/OMAA Spring Conference and is a tremendously popular and successful fundraiser for the American Medical Association Foundation. I encourage you to plan to contribute and to ask other alliance members in your community to consider making a contribution to this worthy fundraiser. Even asking businesses that the medical community or your family supports would be of great help in making this year’s auction the most successful one yet.
If you plan to contribute a basket or an item, please contact me, even if you don’t yet know exactly what you will be donating. Remember, the donation does not have to be in an actual basket. In the recent past, glamorous hand-knit scarves, beautiful rocks, a beach house getaway, and even a personally guided fishing trip were some of the many wonderful donations. Be creative! Baskets and items in all sizes and values are desired. And, you can bring as many as you want!
