Let the OMA help you with your coding questions as part of our Practice Advocacy services.
If you are experiencing billing difficulties due to a CPT or ICD code, the OMA may be able to assist you.
To submit a request for a review of a coding issue, please complete an Advocacy Request Form and submit it by fax to (503) 619-0608 (Attn: Gabriella), or complete the secure online Advocacy Request Form. If you will be submitting PHI (protected health information) also complete and fax a Business Associate Agreement.
