Referral Cards: Region 4: Lane/Douglas Counties/Southwest Coast Lane, Douglas, Curry & Coos counties

REFERRAL CARDS:
OMA has produced wallet-size cards that list family violence services for every region of the state. They are available in
both English and Spanish. Small and discreet, the cards are designed for distribution to patients in the following ways:
• Place the cards in the women’s restroom where they can be taken anonymously and hidden if necessary;
• Put the cards out in the waiting room so patients know their health care provider is aware of domestic violence; and
• Personally hand them out to reinforce that patients have choices and providers are concerned about their safety.
