OMA Board of Trustees

The OMA is governed by the 60+ members of the Board of Trustees. Trustee duties include the development of the association's policies and positions, development of the association's bylaws, a focus on leading the association into the 21st century, and fiduciary oversight.

Board membership is reserved for: Past Presidents of the OMA and at-large positions, with specific slots for the OMA's American Medical Association delegates, the membership sections within the OMA, the County Medical Societies within the state, and the medical specialty societies within the state.
