Sign In Troubleshooting 

    • If you were unable to sign in, your account might be under a different username. 
    •  The username for physicians, PAs and residents will generally be the email address registered with the Oregon Medical Board unless the member changed it to a different email address.
    •  If you are unsure of your username/email address, you can use the search tool below to find your account. Just enter your name and any other identifying information in the fields listed. Click the Find button.
    •  Review the list at the bottom of the screen. The email address listed will be the username for your account.
    • To access your existing account, click on the Sign In button to the right of the list.
    •  Enter your username and password.
    • If your password does not work, click the Forgot Password link to re-set it.
    • If you have reviewed the list and do not see your name, proceed to create a new account.
