OMA Calendar Event Policy

The Oregon Medical Association (OMA) receives many requests to post events to our website calendar. As a matter of policy, the OMA will post only those events that are to be hosted at OMA headquarters, or educational events sponsored by government agencies and not-for-profits. Before events are posted to the website, they will be reviewed on the basis of their relation to the practice of medicine and whether or not the information is pertinent and relevant for physicians. The OMA bears no responsibility for the content of posted events. Except with written permission the Association extends no endorsement, express or implied, to the topics or content of speakers at any meeting held in its conference facility.

To request that your event be posted on the OMA website, please send your event title, date, time and location, organizer contact information (preferably e-mail) and relevant website address to Ryany James, OMA Communications Specialist, at or (503) 619-8000. You will receive confirmation when your event has been posted.
